Rumor: Red Steel 2 Online

Ubisoft has remained pretty tight lipped about Red Steel 2, in fact we only know of the game because of the job interviews slowly leaking out. Talk about another big revelation through a job interview, this time specifically that Red Steel 2 will be headed online in some form. I don’t know why Ubisoft doesn’t get a little more creative and announce these things instead of just letting us find them out on our own. Nonetheless, here is part of the posting, which is pretty straightforward:
Online Programmer (Wii)
Your mission:
As an Online Programmer, you will develop the online part of a game engine for a Wii project. You will be located in our Production Studio in Paris, where Red Steel and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter games have been developed
I’d say that’s a 95% certainty the game is online, the other 5% being Ubisoft playing some cruel joke on us.
