Transformers Game Gets Movie Stars

Yes, another movie-game is coming our way, but hey, at least it’s TRANSFORMERS! Activision sent out word that they have brought in live-action film leads Shia LeBeouf and Megan Fox to cast their voices in the upcoming game, which will also feature the voices of Peter Cullen and Frank Welker, the original voices of Optimus Prime and Megatron.
“TRANSFORMERS is an incredible franchise with huge global appeal and our goal is to present a game that speaks to fans of the upcoming movie as well as to G1 fans,” said Laird Malamed, head of production, Activision, Inc. “We have a fantastic line-up that includes original talent from the animated TV series and the upcoming film, bringing together the best of both worlds.”
Transformers: The Game will be released for the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PS2, PSP and PC. Two unique games for Nintendo DS – Autobots and Decepticons – will also be released.
