   I’m rather intrigued, and since I don’t own either an Xbox360 or a PS3 I guess that makes me the educated mid man who can sit back and watch all the fanbois throw mud at each other, kinda like how atheists view religion. ^_^

   Quartecks, the point is June 11 won’t be important for anyone looking for halo3 alone, this is a playstation3 release. I only own a ps3 so I couldn’t care less about the release of Halo 2 again, oops i mean halo3.

    My point is, let’s say they accomplish that Killzone trailer in real time. Everyone’s going to be “ZOMG Killzone!” until Halo 3 comes out.

    I agree the hype and hysteria over halo3 is much more grand than any other game. Whether thats waranted is questionable. I agree with you though that the release of halo3 will be a huge deal in the gaming world…just not with the people who are going to be so excited tomorrow, as they don’t much care about MS products and releases.

    I guaranty you it isn’t warranted. what makes Halo so great is the well balanced gameplay, no has more of an advantage no matter what weapons or vehicles they have. That’s why the game is fun. Some how, it gave the Halo brand as much power as the Mario brand.

    As anybody seen someone as much a fanboy of Halo as Quartecks? I thought we, PS3 owners were the worst, but my god… Andrew is right, that anouncement is not for MS followers… And Quartecks, the Mario brand is loved by everybody, but Halo….

    Actually, I know someone who is three times the fan boy that I am. And, Halo is an impossibly massive pedigree regardless of what I say, there’s just no way around it.

    Halo blows - played it and feels just like Unreal Tournament or Quake… unintuitive and dated. If you enjoy respawning all-over with plasma guns and shield generators and invisibility options shooting up aliens, Halo is the game for you.

    If you want realism, closer to life weapons, landscapes and true military simulations; play a real shooter like GRAW, Rainbow Six or SOCOM.

    HALO IS FOR THE CASUAL GAMER, 3RD PERSON MILITARY SIMS IS WHERE IT’S AT. EPIC knows this, thats why they created Gears of War - their entry into the 3rd person Military Sim - they just need to loose the alien theme and they’ll be on track.

    Killzone got pretty close to becoming another Unreal Tournament, like HALO - except they did at least ONE thing right - kept the weapons realistic.

    I own a PS3 and a 360… and I could give 2 F**ks about Halo 3(The Halo 2 remix) The only peolpe that play halo are 10-16 year olds, that always talk sh1t…. “I PWNED you with my “rocket”… because i cant shot a rifle” My point being- Quartecks, what are you 13?? you acting like my boot size maybe i should come over to your F**King house and shove it up your retard3d a$$… I know your be home, you’ve already posted more then anyone else in this fourm.
