This is a matter relating to a architectural building and the rights of the owner. While I don't agree that they should take legal action as the building is so old, it is still their right to do so irrespective of religious background. If this were any other religious group people wouldn't be anywhere close to up-in-arms, but since it's related to Christianity it seems totally o.k. How would a church konw about this? This also reminds when doom first came out how the church tried to sue Id cuz hell couldnt get through portal.
