It’s fairly often these days that we receive another Harvest Moon sequel, but not nearly often enough that the series undergoes any major changes to the formula. Whichever way you cut it, all the iterations are mostly the same game, with a few added bells and whistles gained along the way. It’s great to see that the Wii version will be taking a bit of a departure from the tried and true simulation model. Of course it’s not abandoning it all together, but will be leaning more on action-adventure elements, with the regular simulation fair thrown in for good measure.
