Rock Band Details

A NeoGAF forum member has posted details of Rock Band that he has gleaned from the latest issue of Game Informer. As per his post, the game will come in one disk with 4 separate campaigns for the different instruments; it will feature full support for four-player online on both PS3 and Xbox 360; community system and a way to upload your band’s triumphs to the world.

The post also details the guitar and bass sections of the game, as well as information on the singing, which is said to be more in-depth than fellow games. There are over 40 venues planned, and the game will feature four themed clothing stores as well as the option to create your own character.

Sadly, the game will not let gamers exchange peripherals between consoles, as the Xbox 360 version requires special circuit boards.
