Crazy (but Possible) E3 Announcements

With E3 coming up next month, game journalists are spending sleepless nights wondering what earth-shattering announcements will come out of the event. One such journalist - Ben Karl - took a stab at what to expect from this year’s E3 in the form of a “Ten Crazy (but possible) E3 Announcements” article on Games.net. Some surprises include Diablo 3, the highly-wanted Final Fantasy 7 PS3 remake, and Virtual Console on the DS. Here’s a bit:

#5 Diablo 3

Fansites are writhing with plot speculation, custom box art, fake trailers and even a petition to Blizzard requesting Diablo 3’s announcement. However, with Blizzards recent announcement of Starcraft 2, it’s likely that Diablo 3 will be kept on Blizzards back burner for a while.

Do note that these are all speculation. They aren’t even rumors. So don’t hyperventilate about the possible existence of a RPG called Diablo 3.
