PS3 Not to Face Darkness in UK till Next Month

From MCV comes word that comic-book FPS The Darkness has been delayed in the UK for PS3. The game will be released this Friday on Xbox 360, however, the PS3 version won’t hit stores till July 20. This is not applicable to US, as the game will see both versions being released at the same time today.
No reason has been given for the delay, and it doesn’t make sense since PS3 games are region-free.
