Zelda: Phantom Hourglass Gets Dated

It looks like The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass is going to be hitting the shelves sooner than we thought. Nintendo of America today has announced that the highly anticipated title will be released on October 1st, 2007. This specific title is one of the most unique portable Zelda games so far. Phantom Hourglass will be the first game to utilize cel-shaded graphics on a handheld system. Along with that, there will also be the first ever online Wi-Fi Zelda multiplayer mode. Unfortunately, no word on when the game will be hitting Europe or Australia.
