Gamecock Goes Section 8 in 2009

Newly formed studio Gamecock has been hard at work recently, making a name for themselves in the industry. They have so far managed to announce many intriguing upcoming titles, but we’ll have to wait just a little bit longer to see if they are as cracked up to be as we think they are. We still know relatively little about the title, apart from the style set out in the teaser.
The title is actually up for some debate; Section 8 stands for low income housing in many states, but more likely it is named after being discharged from the US military for mental illness, so says Wikipedia. Are we perhaps dealing with some sort of psycho thriller FPS? Or maybe we are just reading into the title a little too much.
The game features on-demand vehicles and is set to come out in 2009, for the PC, Xbox 360, and the PS3.
