I just bought a 360 a week ago and to be honest the 3 red rings of death is what was holding me back, but with their 1 year warranty instead of 60 or 90 days ( can't remember) it wasn't as bad. I'm surprised the failure rate is so high. You'd think a company would have had more testing done before releasing it. I guess they are paying for it now. Yeah, thank god.
