Civilization IV Gold Edition Announced

2K Games today announced Sid Meier’s Civilization IV: Gold Edition for PC featuring the game and its first expansion - Warlords - plus additional bonus items in one package. The Gold Edition is set to ship to stores on July 17.

Among the bonus additions are an exclusive fantasy-style poster from world-famous artist Greg Hildebrandt; behind-the-scenes DVD with developer interviews and more; tech-tree poster featuring the paths to researching and discovering all the technologies needed to advance in the game; and a game manual.
