E3: Sony Bringing It Home, Too

July 9th, 2007 by Rajiv Ashrafi in E3, PlayStation 3

ps3Seems everyone else missed it here: following in Microsoft’s steps, SCEA has announced that it plans on delivering E3 home, too! Owners of the PS3 connected to the PlayStation Network will be treated to content from both first and third-party titles in the form of trailers, “editorial content” and the entirety of the company’s E3 press conference. It wasn’t indicated what form of “editorial” content will be provided; Sony also didn’t mention if there will be any playable demos.

“In order to continue to meet the diverse needs and interests of our PlayStation fan base, Sony Computer Entertainment America will offer exclusive content for download from the PlayStation Network during the week of E3 2007,” the company said in their press release.
