Trauma Center: New Blood Announced

Famitsu has been holding out with us on an exclusive about an upcoming Wii sequel. We still haven’t hit E3 yet, but at least I’ll walk away knowing one great title has already been unveiled for the Wii. The first title, even though it was basically a port of the original portable version, utilized the Wii in awesome ways at launch. It really was one of the must play titles from the Wii launch lineup, and unfortunately one of the more ignored.
The newly announced sequel’s biggest new features is a two player cooperative mode, which will allow two people to work together on one patience. The key, of course, will be communication. Apart from that, we’ll have a completely new cast and storyline. Trauma Center: New Blood will even utilize online leader boards, which is a positive step in the right direction for the Wii’s online service. Hopefully with this announcement we’ll see the title at E3 and learn more.
