Mario Party 8 Recalled In Eruope

July 14th, 2007 Posted in Business, Multiplayer, Offbeat, Wii by James

Nintendo has recalled Mario Party 8 in Europe, originally scheduled to launch today. Nintendo said in a statement:

“Unfortunately we have discovered that a small number of games contain the wrong version of the disk due to an assembly error.”

But as you can see on the image above, and as some have suggested, it’s the word “spastic” that is apparently causing the problem. Nintendo says they’ll correct the error and launch the game as soon as possible.
