Nintendo’s George Harrison To Retire

August 1st, 2007 Posted in Business, Nintendo DS, Wii by James

Nintendo of America Vice President George Harrison will retire, according to industry insiders. Harrison has been with Nintendo since 1992, right after the SNES was launched in North America. This could be a result of Nintendo’s move from Redmond to Silicon Valley, as other high ranking Nintendo employees like Perrin Kaplan and Beth Llewelyn have recently left. It’s not official, but Nintendo will most likely have a formal announcement (and probably a goodbye-party for GH) very soon.
