Call Of Duty 4 Beta Will Be Worldwide

After revealing that Call of Duty 4 will be getting an open multiplayer beta at E3, further details were kept secret, so to say. Publisher Activision recently said that the beta would be for American Xbox 360 players only, but developer Infinity Ward has now confirmed that it will be a world wide beta, although the U.S. will apparently get a head start.

    Why are they ignoring us the pc gamers? If it isnt for the pc gamers.. intel,AMD,nvidia and ati would be hurting so badly. The gaming world would change that day when pc gaming dies. Not saying I think it’s gonna die but it’s looking that way. Millions of us are pc gamers… shit WOW has 10 million, BF2 5 million, Hl2/css somewhere in the high millions.

    Xbox 360,PS3, wii dont even match up the numbers to compete with the pc gamers yet. It just seems like they are treating us like dogs :-(. I mean come on.

    GTA,COD,DOOM,HALF LIFE,HALO,WORLD IN CONFLICT,CRYSIS(yes it good ps3/360),UNREAL TOURNAMENT,MANY MORE.

    COD was born on the pc. SHit, it sold more copies on the pc with cod2 than the 360 version. Still, yes it sold well on the 360. But, how do u take a franchise like COD and do this to us? We’re entitled to a beta too! Who’s with me?!

    I think PC gamers are entitled to a beta too. Jeez, the game was born on the computer. We made it popular, We bought the game. We made it NO.1, I still feel we’re apart of that. We should have a beta too. Im tired of dev’s chasing console’s that us pc gamers made big.

    Great! We can enjoy it on PS3 too. Call of Duty is one of the best FPS games. The beta will be a blast for sure.

    I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE WICKER MAN. Plus PS3, Xbox, Wii, games are all designed and made on computers, you cant make or program games on a console, so why would’nt every game made be able to be played on PC.
