Ratchet And Clank Dated

It’s strange the direction our world is taking, especially when major announcements like release dates come solely from blogs or podcasts. Press releases are out, and the Internet 3.0 is in, or so says Sony about simply everything they can add 3.0 to. One such lucky game is Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, which through the official Insomniac podcast we now learn will release October 23rd.
Funny, I remember another larger game filling that release time frame not too long ago. At least Sony was quickly able to fill in the gaping hole that was once GTA IV.

I want this game so badly, Thank god for a release date! Man, so many games coming out.. I dont even know if I can finish them all in a 1-2 years time.

I love to play ratchet and clank because there are my biggest fans. I also hear there is another ratchet and clank game coming out in 2008. Is that true?
