Namco Bandai today announced a new expansion pack for Warhammer, which will be released on both PC and Xbox 360.
Marking the debut of the franchise on the console, Battle March for Xbox 360 will feature the original content from Mark of Chaos as well as all-new features, including intuitive control schemes and support for online play via Xbox Live. The game will feature six unique armies - the Empire, Chaos, Skaven, High Elves and newcomers Dark Elf and Orcs & Goblins - to battle for supremacy.
Players will be able to customize their army units using combinations of weaponry and armor; they will also be able to control Heroes and Champions for each army. The Xbox 360 version will feature two control schemes for both expert and novice players, offering full control of all aspects over the army. For multiplayer, up to four players can go at it in head-to-head and team-based modes.
Battle March on PC will feature an original campaign and new online modes, as well as the same content of the Xbox 360 version. The expansion is set for release sometime next year.
