xD Yeah.. So, many wasted hours in front of a screen. Thankyou Goldeneye.

I remember exploring in Silo and killing Ourimov with the golden gun, stealing his suitcase which I think was a key, and using it to open the Silo doors.

wow, this game brings out so many memories. I remember inviting my frineds over to go vs. and man their faces was priceless, none of them had played 64, they all had super, so the leap from super to 64 was heaven to them. They had no idea mines could be used in a game so efficiently, it was my 1st FPS ever played, and for them it was their 1st 3d game they ever played. Those were the days, halo tried to take that spot from Golden Eye as inovative, but we all know no shooter can ever achieve what Golden Eye did.

Best game of all time! The CS mod they tried to make was a good refresher but it will always be one of the kind. If I had my N64 I'd still play this.
I wish Rare would make games too, they did such a great job.

My favorite things to do were to be invincible then drive around in the tank on the airstrip (3rd mission I believe) and run over the soldiers to hear them scream and their bones crunch. I would also toss all these proximity mines around myself. I did that for hours...
Another thing I loved to do was to purposely get a Nut Shot; hit a bad guy in the balls only once and watch them kneel and squirm in pain. Since I'm female (and evil) I felt no sympathy.

I just played this game last weekend. My buddy took his console out, blew the dust off, and popped in the game. He had all 4 controller and all of us went at it. I will never forget this game...

It says something about this game that I was willing to play for hours against my friend who had completely mastered this game. Didn't matter how many times I died, I'd always come back for more. Very addictive.

I remember my friends and I rushing home from high school to have four player multi-battles that would last until dusk. There has never been an FPS since that had such silky gameplay and controls, not to mention the longevity, trying to complete the missions in record time to unlock the cheats (painball was my fave).

I only wish Rare were developing games for the Wii - with the controls I think they could make something as spectacular as this.

This game helped me open up to people in a time when I had problems socializing with people. I loved this game and being able to play it with people helped me open up and make friends. This game holds an extra special place in my heart.

This was the game that convinced me to buy a N64. Shooting someone in the butt and watching them jump up grab their behind was amazing.

Thanks to this game, I never lacked for friends in college. Then again, I also went through 20 controllers in 5 years from people freaking out and throwing them across the room/against the wall/at me.
