Valve: Big Announcement Next Week

In a recent Steam update, Valve has given word that there will be a very big announcement concerning Team Fortress 2. Supposedly, the announcement is so big that the company is advising you not to take any vacations until your hear what they have to say on Tuesday. Anyone have any guesses to what it might be?

    Too late for a beta… the game is out next month.

    Perhaps some cross-platform play? PC vs. Xbox 360 vs. PS3?

    I highly doubt cross platform, console controls are never as fast as keyboard and mouse.

    That TF2 will be free and Steam is moving to a $20/month to play all games. :) … only if…
