Quake Wars Demo Out, Intertubes Overloaded

The Quake Wars demo was released a few hours ago, and behold, it’s impossible to download it at a decent rate (unless you pay for your downloads…). So far the most popular sites are quite overloaded, even if you have a registration. You can try and get the 750 MB demo on FileShack, FilePlanet and GameSpot, but I advise you to get the official torrent, which so far is the fastest way to get it, a whooping 20 kbit/s on average!

Update: BitTorrent runs significantly faster now, averages 100 kbit/s, clearly the way to go if you’re interested in the demo.
