eternalsonata.jpgActing as a precursor to possible announcements at the Tokyo Game Show later this month, Namco Bandai has updated the Beautiful Katamari and Eternal Sonata websites, revealing a couple of surprises.

Initially announced for PS3 and Xbox 360, but then dropped for the former, Beautiful Katamari may just be released on the PS3, possibly alongside the often rumored but never confirmed Wii edition.

Also an ex-Xbox 360 exclusive, Eternal Sonata will also be coming to the PS3. This RPG, developed by tri-Crescendo, explores the possible hallucinations of composer Chopin while on his deathbed. The game ships later this week in North America.

This is what I thought would happen. Seems I was right about PS3 not only gaining an Exclusive, but stealing one away from Xbox 360! That’s quite a Coup d’etat, don’t you think? LOLz ;)
