Warner Bros. in Europe
Expanding to more gamers in the world, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced its plans to expand its videogame publishing throughout Europe. This extension will see direct distribution, sales and marketing of its internally-developed titles, as well as third-party titles, in the region.
“We are intensifying our expansion in videogame publishing with a strong commitment to growth in the European market,” said Kevin Tsujihara, president, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group. “With a range of products for every platform, we will reach multiple gaming audiences with our own internally produced games as well as several partner companies’ games.”
The company is currently recruiting sales and marketing executives for a European office based in London, as well as in a number of the territories including Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
WBIE will launch Looney Tunes: Acme Arsenal and Looney Tules: Duck Amuck later this year.
