Reggie Promises More Wii’s for the Holidays
Reggie Fils’aime, the president of Nintendo of America, has promised to deliver an “unprecedented” supply of Wii consoles this holiday season. Even so, he has said that it will still be difficult to obtain a system during that time period. As for the recent price drops of big name competitors, he claims that they are not impacting their business.
Finding a Wii has still been sort of difficult while browsing stores. Usually there are none in stock or there are fewer than five around where I live. I had witnessed a child trying to buy a Wii, but was turned down as there were none in stock. Instead, the father decided to purchase an Xbox 360.
