Halo 3 Tops Sales Charts In Japan

I hope you’re sitting down because some shocking news have come out of Japan: Halo 3 was the best selling game last week. Yes, Halo 3. An Xbox 360 game. In Japan. Number One. Really. Media Create released sales numbers for last week, showing Halo 3 on top, with 59,000 sold copies, followed by Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core (54,000) and Tamagotchi DS (54,000) on the third spot. As everywhere else in the world, Microsoft has spent a good deal of money marketing the game in Japan, the results are certainly there, as Xbox 360 console sales have increased as well.

This makes you wonder why bungie workers want to leave. I would just be happy I have a job that sales great products.

wow thats insane, don’t they sell like only 1000 xbox 360 units a month or week or even less O_O
