Halo 3 at Video Games Live

Fans of Video Games Live will be delighted to know that they have announced brand new content for their forthcoming show at the Royal Festival Hall on October 22. The concert will offer Europeans the opportunity to experience new live scores from some of the most popular games ever released, and will see world famous video game composers Marty O’Donnell and Richard Jacques take to the stage and signing area.

Sponsored by Microsoft, one of the highlights in this one-off show will be an exclusive new arrangement of the music from Halo 3, specially arranged by its composer O’Donnell. Music from BioShock, Harry Potter and the forthcoming Conan will also be debuted at the show. The set list also includes music from World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy, Mario, Zelda and Outrun 2.

The event will also see pre-concert celebrations for fans including a cosplay competition and Guitar Hero 3 session. Other games at the show include Scene It?, Halo 3, PGR4 and Pro Evolution Soccer 2008.
