LucasArts and Bioware Teaming Up

Maybe...Today LucasArts and Bioware announced they will be teaming up to create a new ground-breaking interactive entertainment product. This is also known as a ‘video game’. Around a week ago we published some rumors that the big project Bioware has been working on is a Star Wars MMO set in the timeline of the KOTOR games. This announcement while far from confirming this rumor does lend it a rather heavy weight. With the relative lack of success of Star Wars Galaxies when compared to MMOs such as World of Warcraft and Lord of The Rings Online, it’s not a surprise that LucasArts would want to start over with a new offering that would compensate for the problems and complaints that plagued Galaxies.
