Playlogic in Cahoots with Sony
The Sony camp has bagged another developer, as Playlogic announces that its in-house studio Playlogic Game Factory is working on an undisclosed game in partnership with SCEE. They mention that as part of this third development agreement between the two companies, it is up to SCEE to announce the project when they deem necessary to do so.
“Over the past two years we have built a great relationship with SCEE” says Playlogic Executive VP Rogier W. Smit, “We have solid development assets and resources at our disposal at our in-house facility in the Netherlands and have the ability to deliver quickly. Having received the opportunity to continue this relationship is a testimony of the work we deliver.”
Playlogic is known for developing quite a few games, including Obscure, Infernal, Officers, Gene Troopers and more. They are currently working on 10 games for 12 platforms with staff consisting of over 300 people.
