SimCity Societies Golden

EA today announced that Tilted Mill Entertainment’s SimCity Societies has gone gold and will retail for PC starting November 21. It is the first major entry in the franchise that series creator Maxis hasn’t developed.
As the title gives away, the game favors socially-oriented constructs instead of the technical aspects of the series including zoning and setting up public works. New kinds of resources dubbed “social energies” measure a city’s various aspects including industry, knowledge, devotion and more.
