America’s Army Demo on Xbox Live

Major Nelson notes that a playable demo for America’s Army: True Soldiers is now up on Xbox Live. The game, financed by the US Army, has players team up with up to 15 other players to take on enemy forces that have occupied a Coastal Village. It features co-op mission play or an 8 on 8 squad engagement match. The game also features the real gear used by the American Army, as well as equipments such as the Blue Force Tracker or the Raven UAV.
It’s a 535MB download. The full game is due out on November 15 and will feature both single and multiplayer modes.

The PC version of this game will use this engine. I hope this is fun, I couldn’t get into the army because I failed the hearing test on 1 ear :\.
