Rock Band Gold!

Rock Band has officially gone gold and is now in final production and manufacturing; it is set for launch on November 20 for PS3 and Xbox 360, with a PS2 version out on December 18.

To celebrate the game’s completion, Harmonix announced a special edition bundle of the game that will include all the required instruments to rock out with your friends. The PS3 version will come with a wireless Fender Stratocaster guitar controller, which will be interoperable between the PS2 and PS3 consoles. All versions of the game will ship with a USB hub that is required to connect all the instruments in.

Additionally, the company announced that the game will support a variety of third-party instrument peripherals, though additional details were not provided.
