Ghostbusters Game Details
A few days ago we reported that a Ghostbusters game was officially in the works, with Akroyd, Ramis and Murray all signed on for the project. The list of cast members who are participating in the game has just taken another dramatic step forward. Ernie Hudson A.K.A. Winston Zedmore, the non-scientist ghostbuster, has joined up with the project. Annie Potts will be returning as Janine, the Ghostbuster’s secretary, Brian Doyle Murray (yes, Bill Murray’s brother) who played the psychologist in the second film and of course William Atherton will be playing the ever-despised Walter Peck of the EPA.
The game will of course be set in New York City where players will take the role of a new recruit to the team which of course will facilitate the need for a tutorial section on the controls. The Xbox 360, PC and PS3 versions are being created by Terminal Reality, the studio that made Bloodrayne. The Wii, PS2 and DS versions are being made by Red Fly Studios. As of now the game is scheduled to release next fall.
