November 22nd, 2007 by Jeff Baker in Business, News, PlayStation 2

romanticsIn an attempt to stop Wavegroup Sound, Guitar Hero’s cover recording band, from doing their own song justice, The Romantics have decided to press legal charges against Activision. The band is suing Activision on the premise that their hit song “What I like About You” was replicated too closely in Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s stating that people will associate the song with the game rather than the band.
