Citing Halifax, the Italian distributor for Capcom, TGMOnline reports of the development of a PC version of Dead Rising as well as an expansion to Lost Planet dubbed Colonies. It is still unconfirmed and should be taken with a grain of salt. However, it is quite plausible too when one brings the PC version of Lost Planet, a previously Xbox 360-exclusive action-shooter, to mind. The development of a PC version of the free-roaming zombie game would be quite welcome by gamers, as will the development of an expansion pack for Lost Planet.
It is also plausible due to the fact that both games have been financially successful new franchises from Capcom, a publisher who already has a stable of big-name titles. However, Capcom is yet to comment on the rumor, so wait for the official word before jumping in joy.

1many xbox only titles get put on pc, halo, fable, kotor. i always just wait for the pc releases, they usually have more content in them and are cheaper anyway. ill get dead rising if it does come out on pc, seems like a good game.

2bobliol, when they mean “exclusives” they mean on consoles. It then goes on the pc, ms is the xbox. Ms is windows, so they’re still exclusives. They make the poor gamers that just play on consoles get their batch 1st or just the person that can’t wait 1-2 years buy it first. Then they usually port it to the people that doesn’t touch consoles to make more money, either way the game is exclusive to MS.

3Dead Rising was one of my most favorites, I hope they port it over well on the pc. This game is badass.

4I WANT IT FOR THE PC SOOOOOOOOO MUCH! BUT WITH A MAP EDITOR AND MULTIPLAYER WOULD BE VERY NICE!! IMAGINE ALL U CAN DO WITH THE MAP EDITOR!
