Blu-Ray Dominating Europe

With both sides struggling to land a decisive blow in the HD format war, Blu-ray has taken another step towards victory. Sales of high-definition discs in Europe have topped one million and 73% of those sales were Blu-ray discs. This is likely due to the release of popular films such as 300, Spiderman 3, Live Free or Die Hard (called Die Hard 4.0 in Europe) and Pirates Of The Carribean: At World’s End and the price cut of the PS3.
