Daikatana Free on GameTap
In order to make you their bitch, GameTap carries word that they are offering Daikatana for free through the end of this year. Often referred to as the world’s worst game ever, Daikatana was overhyped by the press as well as by John Romero, its lead designer.
To accompany the free play, they have posted a Daikatana Retrospective that looks at the epic history of the development of this game at Ion Storm, which also rolled out Deus Ex, often hailed as the best game ever.
