Halo 3 Map Pack Released Today

December 11th, 2007 Posted in Action, FPS, Multiplayer, News, Xbox 360 by Will Prusik

The first set of downloadable content for Halo 3 is released today. As I’m sure most of you are aware the ‘Heroic Pack’ as its called features three multiplayer maps: Rat’s Nest, Standoff and Foundry. Each map is very different and the Foundry level promises to be one of the most interesting of all as it is almost completely customizable using the Forge function. There’s a default setup of crates and structures that you can take away, leaving the room as a large open space. You can put anything you want pretty much anywhere: crates, trucks, man cannons, even soccer balls. For more details and a few good laughs, check out the Red Vs. Blue video on the new maps.
