PlayStation on iPhone

December 12th, 2007 Posted in News, Software

All you iPhone users out there hoping to smudge your way to victory in Ridge Racer can finally look forward to something: an indie developer is hard at work on a PlayStation emulator for the Jesusphone. It will, as one can expect, let users play PS1 games on the handset, though how games will be controlled is still a mystery to me.

A pre-release beta version will be released to people who donated money to the project. No release date was offered for the full version.
