Smash Bros. Dojo Update: Waluigi and Stafy
A double header today over at the Dojo with two new assist trophies announced. The first up is Waluigi, Luigi’s not so nice counterpart.
While not appearing as a playable character as one would expect considering Wario was announced to be a playable character but this is not the case. Appearing with tennis racket as shown above when Waluigi appears he has the ability to stun an opponent burying them into the ground.
After pummeling the victim with a barrage of stomping Waluigi finishes his appearance with either a kick deadly kick or a powerful swing of his tennis racket.
Next up is Stafy, a Nintendo character you probably won’t recognize unless you’re big on Japanese imports. Appearing in the Japanese exclusive title Densetsu no Stafy, this star shaped character appears is quite the cheerful looking one.
Although he has a somewhat powerful spin attack, Stafy isn’t exactly the strongest of assist trophies as you can probably tell by his external appearance.
Don’t expect this little guy to stick around for very long as one well placed attack will send him back to where he came.
