EA Officially Announces Tiberium

After more or less confirmed rumors, EA has officially announced the Command & Conquer based FPS, Tiberium. Developed by EA LA, the game is a “tactical shooter”, where players will have to control squads, armor and air units, in order to repel an invasion by aliens (who else?).
The game will feature single- and multiplayer modes, and is planned for release next year.
