Amphibian Man Announced

Another book is making the transition to the video gaming world – Amphibian Man. Based on the popular sci-fi novel by Alexander Belyaev, the game is being developed by KDV Games and introduces players to an aquatic world. Scoop:

In the XXI century science has made a breakthrough that has changed humanity forever. Mankind was finally able to function under the water without any kind of equipment. Mankind rushed to explore the underwater universe. But the discovery has also escalated old conflicts and problems. Things are coming to a crisis: the civilization is about to split and global war is about to break out.

The player is tasked with exploring and solving the mysteries of new civilizations. There’s conspiracy to crack, dangerous research being carried out and even dark religious cults hanging around – all with the player in the middle of it. It is being developed on an in-house VistaGame Engine technology and combines various styles. No release date was offered.
