Viacom and Microsoft have teamed up on a content and advertising deal, one that has gaming-related endeavors. Though terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, Microsoft claims it was valued at $500 million.The deal sees Viacom becoming Microsoft’s “preferred publishing partner across Microsoft’s casual gaming platforms,” which includes Xbox Live Arcade and MSN. The companies also renewed their Xbox Live Marketplace agreement, adding even more programming from BET to the service.
