Sacred 2 Pushed Back

December 26th, 2007 Posted in Action, News, PC, RPG by Rajiv Ashrafi

There is word on the game’s official website that Sacred 2, the upcoming RPG sequel, has been pushed back to September 2008 to ensure that the PC and Xbox 360 versions ship with the “best possible quality and stability.” This extension is being described as the need to continue their polish on its ambitious features as well as to avoid undesirable alternatives of removing planned features or releasing a buggy game followed by a patch.

A playable demo is promised before the game’s launch. It also noted that beta testing would be widespread. Finally, the site carries word that something big will be revealed at Games Convention 2008, which is quite some time away.
