Midway And Eidos Merging?

Things are getting heated up in the gaming business world, especially after EA’s massive acquisition of BioWare and the Activision Vivendi Games merger. Now Midway and Eidos, both financially struggling developers/publishers, are said to be in merger talks. The two companies were in merger talks a few years ago, but nothing really happened that time. This time it looks more serious, but nothing is official yet, by far.
