New Midlands rock band Motorcity Daredevils sent out word that they have released a music video for “Bear in the Air”, a song that was included on the soundtrack of the new Tony Hawk game, Tony Hawk’s Proving Ground.

Available to view on Youtube and MySpace, the promotional video is said to be a “new year” present to their fans. The band is comprised of three people and is influenced by the likes of Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Motorhead, Budgie and Thin Lizzy.

‘We beat some stiff competition to get a place on the new Tony Hawk game and it has given us a massive boost,” said singer and drummer Frank Regan. “The video is our way of giving something extra to our fans throughout the world.”

They are currently negotiating with various record labels to bring out their first album.
