Team Fortress 2 Free Weekend for Germans

January 3rd, 2008 Posted in Action, FPS, News, Online, PC by Rajiv Ashrafi

Gamers in Germany are a lucky bunch, as Valve is giving them the opportunity to check out Team Fortress 2, which comes part of the Orange Box. Those living in the country will be able to sample the full version of the class-based multiplayer shooter this weekend, as part of Valve’s free weekends.

The game is already available for pre-load through Steam in the country for all gamers. It can be played completely free from Friday through Sunday. This weekend does not apply to gamers in other countries of Europe or North America for that matter, though Valve representatives have previously stated that a free TF2 weekend might be in the cards for other regions soon.
