Take-Two has announced the acquisition of Illusion Softworks, a company of 200 employees based in Czech Republic. They’re mostly known for their Hidden & Dangerous franchise, Mafia and Vietcong 1 & 2. Currently Mafia 2 is in development at the studio, and is expected to be released later this year on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. The studio has been renamed to 2K Czech.
