Kane & Lynch Sells One Million

January 11th, 2008 by James Hyde in Business, Featured story, News, PlayStation 3, Xbox360

Yes, you read correctly, Kane & Lynch has sold over one million copies. Apparently Eidos’ trick at GameSpot worked, pulling one big negative review certainly helped the sales. Making ads with fake positive ratings also helped, we assume.

At this point, Edios is calling Kane & Lynch a “franchise”, meaning that a sequel is in the works. Looking forward to read the reviews of that one.

that’s why you should never trust critics when it comes to choosing a video game. time anad time again sales figures have shown critics to be total retards when judging gameplay. from now on, i’m only buying games that the critics seem to hate!
