CES Prank, Or Taking Things Too Far?

January 12th, 2008 Posted in News, Video by Brian Lockhart

Want to know potentially the funniest, or worst thing that happened at this years CES, depending on who you ask? Gizmodo got their hands on a TV begone remote, which allowed them to turn off most televisions on the CES floor and even in conferences off with ease. In a trade show where big players are showing off their products, you can imagine the sort of fun that followed.

Currently no repercussions have occurred, but I can see some bad things happening to the website, such as mad contacts, or a lack of invite to future CES shows. It’s worth a watch, so check it out.
